Own property near park. Lots of rowdy drinking by river, tons of litter, fires left unattended and dangerous dumping ( we find needles regularly). Vandals are always stealing or breaking into something. We regularly contact police. The trail and river are beautiful, the fishing can be great, quiet launch for kayaking but not great for big boats (not paved) although you better make sure you know what is public property and what is not. (as you should everywhere!!)

Water always shut off for problems, many times with no warning. Feral cat problem taken care of by resident instead of owner.
This place is really cool for summer getaways. Beautiful river bottom campground, great fishing, and great atmosphere!
